Financial Data Accessed Through QuickBooks Online
When you authorize the OverWatch Integration to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, the application accesses financial reporting data including profit and loss statements, account balances, and transaction summaries. This data is used solely to generate financial dashboards and reports within the OverWatch platform.
Account Information
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we receive your QuickBooks company name and authentication credentials (OAuth tokens) necessary to maintain the connection.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through the OverWatch Integration exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating financial reports and dashboards for authorized organizational staff
- Displaying financial summaries for internal decision-making and grant reporting

Data Storage and Security
Financial data accessed through the QuickBooks Online API is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). OAuth tokens used to maintain the QuickBooks connection are stored in secure, encrypted environment variables and are never exposed to end users or transmitted to third parties.
We retain QuickBooks authentication tokens only for as long as the integration remains active. Financial report data is retrieved in real time from QuickBooks Online and is not permanently stored in our application database.

Your Rights and Choices
You may disconnect the OverWatch Integration from your QuickBooks Online account at any time through the QuickBooks Online interface or by contacting us directly. Upon disconnection, all stored authentication tokens are invalidated and deleted.
