Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Riverside Hawks Hope Health And Hoops Corporation (“Riverside Hawks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the OverWatch Integration application (“Application”).
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to the OverWatch Integration, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or connect to the Application.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Riverside Hawks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the OverWatch Integration Application solely for the purpose of viewing financial reports and dashboards generated from your authorized QuickBooks Online account data.
Permitted Use
The Application is provided exclusively for internal organizational reporting and financial management purposes. You may use the Application to access, view, and generate financial reports from your connected QuickBooks Online account.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Application
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Attempt to access financial data belonging to any QuickBooks account you are not authorized to view
- Use the Application to transmit any malicious code or interfere with its operation
QuickBooks Online Integration
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s official API. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Riverside Hawks is not responsible for any changes to, outages of, or issues with the QuickBooks Online service.
Data Handling
The Application accesses your QuickBooks Online financial data in real time through authorized API connections. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties. For complete details on how your data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.riversidehawks.org/privacy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIVERSIDE HAWKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. FINANCIAL DATA DISPLAYED THROUGH THE APPLICATION IS SOURCED FROM QUICKBOOKS ONLINE AND RIVERSIDE HAWKS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF DATA PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIVERSIDE HAWKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks Online account from the Application.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and all stored authentication credentials associated with your account will be deleted.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
